This course is designed to help you grow as a leader in educational technology by giving you hands-on experience in assessing the technology needs of a school, department, or organization. You’ll learn how to evaluate readiness, conduct a needs assessment, and create a strategic technology plan tailored to a specific setting. Along the way, you’ll also build mentoring skills to help others use technology effectively to support learning and professional growth—skills that are essential for leadership roles in K–12, higher education, corporate, or military environments.
